CLASSIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP

There are the following three types of membership in the association:

• Ordinary member: Only a firm or company, who is incorporated with any authorized body of Nepal Government with the main objectives of real estate or housing business shall be eligible for the membership. Such a firm or company is required to submit application for membership and the membership shall be given after receiving prescribed fees if the working committee accepts such an application and decides to offer the membership accordingly.
• Founding member: The officials representing the association at the time of its registration shall be founding members. The founding members shall have to pay the fees pursuant to the Statue while receiving ordinary or life membership.
• Life Member: Under the prescribed procedures, life membership shall be given to such a person making special support and contribution for institutional development.
